Install this metal sensor behind a wall or in a prop. When a magnet or a piece of steel is held against the sensor, it will release power to the wires.

You can attach the wires to a magnetic lock (PURCHASE HERE), or to a light that will turn off when triggered (PURCHASE HERE).
