RENTAL INFORMATION: All products are tested before shipping. Any damaged or broken items you receive must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. Customer is responsible for returning items to Halloween FX. Rental items must be shipped out to us on the first day following your rental period (excluding Holidays and Sundays) or you will be charged for additional rental fees depending on when you ship the items to Halloween FX. Your rental period begins the day your item is delivered to your address. If you need items to arrive at your location by a certain date, you may need to pay for faster delivery like UPS overnight or 2-Day Air shipping. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. Customers must purchase additional damage insurance from carrier when shipping items back to us. Please insure items for value specified in your confirmation email from Halloween FX Props.
